Through the three spatial types of cognitive space, natural geography space and social space, the spatial attributes of law are proved. In the legal cognitive space, the sense of place and space are taken as the socio-psychological structure of the law from the perspective of the internal and external perspectives of legal consciousness, and the law of ecology and history—the method of study of time and time—from the stage to the role in the physical and geographical space presents the law.The natural space attributes, the strong definition and weak definition space under the space ladder structure in the social space, the structural system operation of the de-spatialization and re-spatialization law,and the description of the spatial structure of the law show that from the form to the essence, from Static to dynamic rheological model of social space theory matrix. This kind of dynamic generative model is more obvious under the comparison of legal historical analysis and spatial utility analysis.Legal space analysis emphasizes openness, dynamics and future. The discussion of the spatial types of the above laws lays the foundation for the static analysis and dynamic analysis of the law and space. The static relationship between law and space is made through the linear time, spatial relationship and method models to the reducible physical relationships between the two.description.In the context of qualitative, force, and quantitative differences, the law presents a dynamic picture of the nature of the law,its criticism, and its path to law generation. The spatial analysis of law not only has the function of legal ontology but also has methodological attributes. The legal research in post-discipline,the critical knowledge style in legal research, and the spatial lens in legal research are excellent interpretations of this method attribute.
