The Burden Of Proof Time System Research

On December 6^th,2001,the Supreme People' s Court Trial Committee No. 1201 Meeting passed Several Regulations about the Civil Action Evidence ,in which the System of Time Limit to evidence-proposition was officially established .This means a great advance from "the doctrine on evidence-proposition at any time to "the doctrine on evidence-proposition in limited time" .During more than three years of judicial practice, the system has taken an effective role in trials and lawsuits .On the other hand ,it also exposed problems .Some are concerned about the system itself and others the comprehension and execution of the system .My article is based on these analysis and comes up with new ideas to perfect the System of Time Limit through relative study.
