This right which comes into being depends on the development of perception of human rights. Though it is not so long as writing property to the protection history of the moral right, and the understanding and the protection of moral right differ greatly in different time and nations. It has become the general trend of the development of the copyright system of the world. The theory of moral right still has many differences of opinion in some domains. The author discusses the restriction of moral right on the base of freedom limitation theory in order to confirm the limits of moral right It discusses the legal protection of moral right in the light our national legislation.Part four, in view of a lot of theory controversy and actual contradictions that is created by the moral right feature that can not be transferred, inherited and abstained, this part tries to solve these controversy and contradictions in the study of the changing of moral right subjects before bis death and after his death.
