Economic Associations Legal Status Of The Study

How can the human beings organize themselves social connection better to improve individual and collective safety and material satisfaction, and then to achieve the common goal or govern the common problem? This is the problem that the human would face and it would exist under every cultural and historical background. We would not be able to announce confidently enough that our system is perfect at any period of time. The human society would keep on thinking and discovering to approach perfection, or everything would seem meaningless.NPO is the offspring of today's ever developing world allied nations'citizen society. The Chinese non-profit organizations, which emerged in 1980s, play an important part in the developing process, though were neglected by us.Economic union is one kind of NPO. Its legal status was the focus of this paper .It is one social organization whose status is between government and corporation. But in Chinese law, economic union legal status has not been lifted to the status which is equal to"social legitimacy". In the law, people paid more attention to its obligation and duty. What I care about is how to make the law circles attach to people's misunderstanding of the economic union's legal status and changeover this conception.This paper includes five chapters, and about fifty-seven thousands words.Chapter one is the summary of economic union and its legal status.
