Vulnerable Groups Of Our Country's Human Development Perspective

Development of human beings is an important part of Marxist hominology theory, and it's also the start point and destination of modernization historical materialism .Vulnerable groups exist in every society. Vulnerable groups are the persons or groups whose subjective ability or human rights is restricted or deprived and whose basic needs ,specially in economy , can't be satisfied because of subjective or objective factors in the process of development of human beings so that they are lack of or just have the basic existing condition. At present, more or less 140-180 million persons in China consist of the vulnerable groups, which has become a serious social problem.In view of Marxist hominology theory, the article probe the problem of vulnerable group in our country according to the social reality after opening and reforming.The fist part does research into the history of hominology theory and shows briefly the basic content of Marxist hominology theory. It points out the scientific connotation of Marxist hominology theory, that is, the development of human beings should be free, all-around and harmonious; it is the unity of historical cost and present value; and the theory of human development has its realistic significance.Turning to the research achievements in social science and other subjects, the second part deals with the connotation and definition of vulnerable groups. It also expound its feature, constitution, its cause of originating and its present state.The third part, shows Marx and Engles' care and support of vulnerable groups in their works; it also criticize the false intention of treating the vulnerable groups and put forward the idea of sticking to scientific view of development, solving well the relations between cost and guard vulnerable groups, integrating the strength of the whole society, caring about the vulnerable groups through all kinds of ways and the key point, strengthening ,based on the present age, the building of the ability of vulnerable groups.The conclusion of my article is that in the age of globalization, we should emphasize human development and the problem of the vulnerable groups, dealing reasonably the cost of development, strengthening the building of the ability of vulnerable group, sticking to scientific view of development, which are the basic ways to solve the problem of the vulnerable groups.
