Company is the most important and typical form of organization in modern business. The development of it is of vital importance to the nation's economic development. The corporate governance structure is the nucleus of the matter. In recent years, in theory and practice, many countries around the world attach much importance to the corporate governance structure. The effectiveness of the corporate governance structure and the function on market economy and social development have been recognized in many subjects, such as politics, economics, and law, etc.There are so many similarities in the point of environment of the corporate governance between China and Japanese.
