Construction Of China's Ruling Party In The New Era Diplomatic Ability

Diplomatic capacity, as an important part of the governing capacities of the ruling party, is always related to the party's ruling status and a country's rise and decline. In the 21st century, the profound change of the international circumstances and China's closer contact with the world bring forth austere trial for Communist Party of China (CPC). Therefore, building up our Party's diplomatic capacity becomes an exigent issue during the process of building up governing capacities. This thesis, which focuses on the subject of building up the diplomatic capacity of CPC, analyzes the fundamentality and imminency for building up diplomatic capacity and the new tasks and challenges for it, then explores the content and approaches for it.There are three chapters in this thesis.Chapter One expounds that diplomatic capacity plays an important role in the governing capacities of a ruling party. Diplomacy of ruling party means the diplomatic activities expended by the party through its government. Diplomatic capacity of ruling party, which is especially put up through the government, mainly refers to the capacity for replying to the international situation, dealing with world affairs properly and protecting its national benefits. It's a vital part of governing capacities and is related to the stabilization of the ruling party and the honour or disgrace of a state.Chapter Two mainly discusses the new tasks and challenges that our Party faces at the beginning of the 21st century.
