Differentiation Of Social Classes In Contemporary China Against The Background Of The Party's Ruling Capacity Building

Since the Third Plenum of the 11^th Party Congress, the socialist market economic system as the goal of reform led to the traditional economic structure changes. Economic system's vicissitude, industrial structure's adjustment and technological revolution's impetus has catalyzed our country's social class differentiation, and has had a different social class. But because of their different political and economic status, the pursuit of different economic, political, and cultural interests, which requires the Communist Party of China to strengthen the party's ruling capacity building to meet the interests of various social classes. Only then like this, the CPC can fully mobilize the enthusiasm of all sectors of social classes, and effectively maintain party's political power and social stability.This paper selects differentiation of social classes in contemporary China as the research angle of view, standing in party's ruling capacity building altitude, has discussed the impact of social class structural change on the ruling capacity building of the CPC from the positive and negative aspects. In this paper, the main focus on innovation reflected in: the five major breakthrough in the governance capability of the single-study model, and the overall ability to govern the construction of five major comprehensive exposition of the four proposed common path.Social class differentiation is one of the most important social phenomena of China's social transition and is the inevitable product of China's modernizational process. Its existence and development has a profound historical inevitability. Social class differentiation made China's social structure become from the rigid to flexible transformation, from a closed and rigid state to a more mobile, more open and social development, and brings not only a rare historical opportunity but also a series of challenges for the party's ruling capacity building. Class differentiation process is essentially a process of social re-distribution of interests of different sectors, this process will inevitably lead to damage to the interests of certain sectors, and in the process of the interests of re-allocation, the classes will inevitably have a conflict of interest. All of these will tremendously affect the development of Chinese society, especially the party's ruling capacity building.This paper is mainly divided into three parts: the first part is about the description of differentiation of social classes, including the concept of social class and social class differentiation, differentiation of social class of China's basic situation and five reasons. The second part exposes China's social class differentiation to the positive and negative effects to the party's ruling capacity building. The third part puts forward the path chosen to strengthen the party's ruling capacity building under the social class differentiation, first, maintaining the Party's advanced nature and adhering to the mainstream ideology of the party's dominant position, second, persisting in reform and innovation, strengthening the mechanisms for consolidating the party's interests, third, building the learning-oriented political party and strengthening grass-roots party organizations as fighting fortresses, fourth, adhering to the scientific development, consolidating and expanding the united front of the CPC,fifth, keeping pace with times, comprehensively improving the five ability to govern.
