Study Of The Legal Issues Of Agricultural Cooperatives

This article concerns with the "Three Rural" problem. The true essence of the "Three Rural" problem is the farmer problem right now in China. The "Three Rural" problem is a problem that how disadvantaged farmers to adapt to the market to be richer at the lowest cost, it also has the relationship with the survival of farmers and the sustainable development of our economy and society. Agricultural cooperative, as a mutual joint economic organization of disadvantaged farmers, is one of the answers to solve "Three Rural" problem which the academia and the business circle giving .Under this background, China's present emerging new agricultural cooperative economic organizations practice is full swing, but the legislation for agricultural cooperatives still exists a gap. In the day of constructing socialist market economy, as the agricultural cooperative has taken an important part of market main body, if we can not use legal rules to regulate its behaviors, safeguard its rights and interests, promote its development as soon as possible, it will hazard the healthy growth of agricultural cooperation economy and its living main environment—rural economy and society's development. In view of this, this article draws up to make a research discussion to the related legal matters of the agricultural cooperative, hoped to make our own contributions for the agricultural cooperative legislation as well as the healthy development of agricultural cooperative in our country.This article divided into five parts.
