The ethics of criminal judge is a special moral principle they should follow during the criminal justice. It's a significant proof to different from the other professional ethics of the relative business. All these three parts are step by step, they construct the organic structure of the ethics of criminal judge together.The ethics of criminal judge also has a far-reaching impact on fulfilling both the procedural justice and substantive justice of the criminal procedure. Not only it embodies the domination of criminal procedure by criminal judge, but also it regulates the abuse of the right of discretion by criminal judge.Now most of the criminal judges can follow the request of law character, professional character and humanistic character. But there is also some shortage to improve urgently. On one hand criminal judges should enhance themselves consciously, on other hand some safeguards should be established necessarily.
