System To Run The Program With China's Political Development

As early as the beginning of reform and opening up, China's political scholars have raised that there were some procedure problems in political system and that in the political process of China had the phenomenon of non-procedures. They also predicted that the next century China will enter an era of political procedure. But on this issue, the experts, and scholars on China's did not carry out further research in real political process. Elements of the procedure concern more from the law, administrative law and constitutional perspective, and the study on the procedure's depth and breadth has begun to take shape.The writer believes that the reason why the Chinese political scholars on the procedural issues not conducted an in-depth study by the time is decided by the unique political and socio-economic environment.
