In the view of scientific socialism theory,"The relationship of the working class and the farming class"is not an academic problem, but also is a practical issue. This paper reviews the origin of the theory of"The relationship of the working class and the farming class", analyzes and summarizes the experiences and lessons of dealing with it in the planned economy system, ponders and quests for the new forms of"The relationship of the working class and the farming class"in China socialism market economy.This paper is consisted of three parts.The first part casts back the headstream of the theory of"The relationship of the working class and the farming class". Reviews K.Marx and F.Engels,the founders of scientific socialism theory, established the theory foundation of the relationship of the two classes.The second part summarizes the outspreading of"The relationship of the working class and the farming class"in the practice. Analyzes all kind of measures of dealing with the relationship of the two classes which Russia adopted during"The communism wartime"and"New economic policy time". Analyzes the across the board collectivism campaign of Soviet Union in the planned economy period. Analyzes Chinese relationship of the working and the farming class in the"people commune"system. And makes summaries in theory of the relationship of the working classes and the farming classes during the planned economy system. Analyzes the negative consequences in rural areas which brought by the planned economy system.The third part probes into the change of the relationship of the working classes and the farming classes in present age China. Chinese revolution has brought significant development and influenced the social relationship strongly. At the same time, not only will bring forward new requires to"The relationship of the working class and the farming class"consequentially, but also seek for new actions for taking order with it.
