With the development of IT,the fast increasing of hazardous e-wastes has threatened to the survival of the future human being and the progress and prosperity of the whole human being.The international society tries its best to make the international laws on transboundary movements of hazardous e-wastes in order to reply the challenge of transboundary movements of hazardous e-wastes.In fact,it has signed a series of conventions including the Basel Convention,protocols and insrusments. This study has been divided into three parts.The first part mainly talks on the definition,charactisrics of hazardous e-wastes,and the relation between hazardous e-wastes and hazardous wastes. Part two is on the international legal control-systems on the transboundary movements of hazardous e-wastes.It has three chapters.Chapter one is about hazardous wastes and the Basel Convention.Chapter two is on the international laws of hazardous e-wastes.And in the last chapter,the author talks about the practices of countries such as Japan,EU and U.S.A in controlling transboundary movements of hazardous e-wastes.The last part particularly introduces the background of China in the field of the transboundary movements of hazardous e-wastes,especially analyses Chinese legal systems on controlling the transboundary movements of hazardous e-wastes.Last but not least,the author gives some advices and suggestions on perfecting China's legal systems of controlling the transboundary movements of hazardous e-wastes.
