On The Improvement Of China's Anti-dumping Legislation

As the development of intemational trade,anti-dumping has become a universal measure,adopted by different countries.It is used to prevent from dumping and protect domestic industry.After China joined the WTO,Chinese foreign-trade economy developed swiftly and export volume expanded constantly with rapid development of economic globalization.In order to maximate benefit,the main developed countries,such as,the European countries and America,directed their anti-dumping laws and policy center at China,which leaded to yearly increased anti-dumping cases of Chinese exporting product and increasing amount of money.These seriously impeded the export trade of our country.On the other hand,the main developed countries,like the European countries and America,considered China as their dumping target,because of Chinese imperfection of anti-dumping legislation.They wantonly dumped those products with lack of competition in China temporarily,and tried to squeeze out the related industries to form monopoly.In view of present situation,we should strengthen the research of WTO'S anti-dumping regulations and other developed countries'anti-dumping laws.At the same time,we should take advantage of some advanced and China-suitable regulations to improve anti-dumping lagislation of China progressively.The structure of this essay is presented as follows:Firstly,it gives a comprehensive overview of international anti-dumping laws and regulations,thereinto the development of WTO'S anti-dumping laws and regulations are emphatically introduced.Then,it analyzes the present situation of Chinese anti-dumping legislation.Finally,combining with the anti-dumping laws of WTO and some developed countries,it thoroughly discusses the improvement of Chinese anti-dumping legislation from three aspects,including legislation layer and stylistic rules,entity rules and procedure rules.
