Both the party and the government attach importance to the education of minoriy officers. In the different time of history, they put forward series of policies on minority officers, and tried to promote their ability and quality though many ways. MPA is a professional major of the whole graduate education, characterized with systematical, theoretical and practical. It can make up for the shortage of training class and Titular Position available as two kinds of educational methods recently, and it is suitable to manane the managers of middle class systematically, theoretically and pracitcally, and for sure ,it should play a significant role in the officer educational system of minority region.To start MPA in minority region, in porfession, basing on the needs of solving minority problem, we can arrange some searching directions as follow: policy and stratagem in national atonomy region, governmental economy management in national atonomy region, nation and religion management in national region, economical and social security with internation in the borders, the management of human, resource and entironment in national autonomy region; in curriculum, except the general studies curriculum, we can arrange some courses closed connected with natioanl region such as national relation, national theory, folk-custom, ethnologically investigative methods, ethnological history and the juristic system in national region.
