Juris Master is short for JM, it is the main approach of our country’s fostering of high-level law talents who are compound and practical. It’s set up and enroll new students in 1996, it is officially created in 2006, after 20 years’experience and exploration, Ministry of Education(hereinafter referred to as MOE), combined with some fostering institutions have formed some fundamental fostering frames and systems, for example, national postgraduate entrance examination, subjects for enrollment exams, fostering objectives, requirements of dissertations, etc. However, the quality of JM graduates are still unsatisfying, national postgraduate entrance examination, the approaches on how to reform and improve JM’s fostering systems and exert outstanding graduates, all of the above has become the focus of our country’s JM master educational research.According to theauthor’sresearch, this paper raises and finds some problems, making comparisons of both domestic and foreign experiences, giving suggestions, trying to explore the fostering systems of our country. On the basis of MOE’s JM fostering objectives, beginning from the angle of Education, establishing JM fostering evaluation criterion, designing questionnaires, trying to investigate JM graduates, finding problems of our country’s JM education from the angle of macroscopic and microcosmic scale:because of the subjective and objective elements, the purpose of JM fostering plans hasn’t yet been finished, the main agencies lack clear fostering ideas; On the other hand, the teaching faculties are to be improved. The teaching contents like curriculums lack features and practicability, the experimenting period of which isn’t so solid. According to the above problems, analyzing the hidden reasons, and combining the experiences of both domestic and foreign high-level fostering methods on JM talents, putting forward our country’s strategies on Reforms and improvements in fostering JM talents.The key realization of JM educational objectives is to construct a fostering system that combines macroscopic and microcosmic scales, and also adjusts to its objectives, starting from the systematic fostering objectives, it’s the way to improve and reform JM. The guidance to innovate JM fostering methods according to different regions, absorbing the advanced experience of fostering foreign applied law talents is the most helpful reference of consummating our country’s JM fostering plan. About the problems arising in the fostering process, the core is to correct and perfecting JM fostering systems notably.
