With the further operation of new curriculum reform, the multiplicity of curriculum structure has become an inevitable trend. However, how to localize the national curriculum has become a profound problem that needs to be solved on the basis of the national curriculum. Jiangsu Province has launched the grand project of "Cultural Jiangsu", which has provided precious opportunities and wide space for us to construct the new politics curriculum with the characteristics of "Cultural Jiangsu".In the paper that follows, the author endeavors to seek for the construction of the politics curriculum based on the stratagem of "Cultural Jiangsu" from the perspective of constructive curriculum culture. The author intends to deepen the reform of the politics curriculum, improve learners' humanistic qualities and increase their moral level, thus inheriting and developing the local culture of Jiangsu.Section I.
