Current Situation And Countermeasures Of "Three-Course(Politics, Skills And General Knowledge) Education" In Labour Reeducation Schools

"Three-Course Education" constitutes the major part of correcting efforts in labour reeducation schools, the practice of which is vital to the realization of the goal of correction education. Only when the structure is optimized can the "Three-Course Education" be brought into full play. As a matter of fact, however, the relatively sluggish develpoment of and many problems in the "Three-Course Education" have already undermined the growth of labour reeducation. Meanwhile, the lack of theoratical support for labour reeducation school curriculum constrained the reform and development labour reeducation.Taking the case of Sichuan women labour reeducation as example, this study involves the questionnaire survey and interview of labour reeducation students, basic-level civil police officers and offices in charge od the reeducation. The problematic structure, the lack of attention to the education of educators per se, the inadequate develpoment of school courses, the insufficient awareness and practice of "Three-Course Education" among police officers and officers, deficiencies in the interaction between police officer teachers and students, unsatisfactory learning environment as well as little education facilities input remain problems in the practice of "Three-Course Education".This study tries to find countermeasures for the situation researched in order to provide constructive solutions for labour reeducation schools, who are advised to restructure labour reeducation curriculum, update teaching materials, rebuild teaching management system and form a harmonious atmosphere of learning.This essay aims to design a more reasonable and scientific reeducation and correction course curriculum as an effient pathway for solving problems in the "Three-Course Education", so as to improve China's labour reeducation.
