Research On The Construction Of Public Cultural Service System In Jiangsu Province

With the rapid development of our country's economy,the people's material living standards have continuously improved,and our people's demand for culture has become more and more prosperous.The contradiction between the growing cultural needs of the general public and the current public cultural service system that has not reached the advanced level is gradually becoming larger and larger.The purpose of strengthening the construction of the public cultural service system is to continuously enrich the cultural life of our people,disseminate excellent culture,promote the core socialist values,and safeguard the cultural rights and interests of the people.Therefore,we must push forward the construction of a public cultural service system and ensure that the people enjoy an excellent and colorful spiritual and cultural life,this reflects the spirit of the speech delivered by the General Secretary of the CPC Central Committee Xijinping about cultural construction and the spirit of the Party's Nineteen National Congress,and safeguards cultural rights and fundamental interests of the broad masses of the people.The important measures are even more urgent requirements for changing the unhealthy atmosphere in today's society and raising the level of civilization.This paper takes the construction of the public cultural service system in Jiangsu Province as the starting point,and analyzes the construction of the public cultural service system in Jiangsu Province in detail.Through research,it has found that in recent years,the financial investment in public cultural services has gradually increased in Jiangsu Province,and the amount of investment in cultural undertakings also continues to increase.It can be said that Jiangsu Province has basically established a network of public cultural service facilities covering both urban and rural areas,great progress has been made in the construction of public cultural service infrastructure,the gradual increase of public cultural service activities has also achieved regularization.However,compared with the gradually increasing current spiritual demands of the people and the objective reality of the rapidly developing economy and society,there is still room for improvement in the level of talents in the public cultural service system,there is still room for a balance about the construction between urban and rural areas and the existing system still has various problems.Based on the theory of public goods and the theory of new public services,this article describes in detail some achievements and problems still existing in the construction of public cultural service system in Jiangsu Province,and makes a detailed analysis of the causes of the existing problems.According to the actual situation,some countermeasures and suggestions were proposed,including further promoting the participation of social forces in the construction of the public cultural service system,continuing to strengthen the training of professional talents and improving the quality of relevant personnel,hoping to improve the construction of the public cultural service system in Jiangsu Province and other provinces.
