Administrative Law Issues And Countermeasures

In the contemporary society, all the administrative activities must comply with Administrative Law. It means that the officers of administrative units must matters in the light of the Administrative Law, and the violation of the Administrative Law is a denial of it. As China is going through a specific historic turning period, many problems of the violation of Administrative Law exist. More deep researches must be done and reasons of the violation of Administrative Law must be founded out. How to take measures to prevent the violation of Administrative Law and well control the administrative activities is an urgent problem to be solved.The author firstly defines the concept and analyzes requisites of the violation of Administrative Law. The violation of Administrative Law refers to the administrative subjects' activities that has violated the provision of Administrative Law and other administrative regulations, but has not committed a crime. Then the author pointed out the varieties of the violation of Administrative Law and introduces the outcomes of researches in England, America, France and China. The reasons including subjective and objective aspects are placed great emphasis in order to reveal the mental and legal rooting matters. At last, countermeasures should be taken to prevent and well control the violation of Administrative Law.There are three parts in the thesis. The first part gives the definition of the violation of Administrative Law. The second part analyzes endangers and reasons of the violation of Administrative Law. The last part expounds the countermeasures of prevention and reduction of the violation of Administrative Law. The second and the last part are the essential parts in the whole thesis, which include the knowledge of my majority as well.
