Analysis Of New Rural Construction Period, China's Rural Ideological And Political Work

Solving the issue of "Agriculture, Countryside, and Peasant" is the significant mission in constructing over all well-off Society. The Fifth Plenary sessions of 16th Central Committee of the Communist Party claims to push forward the building of economy, politics, culture, society and Party all round in accordance with the requirements of new socialist countryside. The requirements are "the economy develops, the life is ample, the social mode is civilized, the appearance of countryside is clean and tidy, the administration is democratic." The history of our revolution and construction led by CCP has proved that ideological and political work is the central link of revolution and construction in uniting and leading workers and peasants. Under the new situation of constructing a new socialist countryside, making rural ideological work conscientiously, have especially important meaning in promoting agriculture, defending the steady of rural area and increasing the income of peasant. On the basis of a brief comment on the general situation of constructing a new socialist countryside, this paper reveals the problem in current rural ideological and political work, such as the structure of organization and leadership reduces, the workers of rural ideological and political work is insufficient and the educational level is low, the content of the work is obsolete, the method is unitary, and so on. In order to solve the problem, this paper suggests some countermeasures to improve the rural ideological and political work and promote the construction of socialistic new rural area. After improving, the content of rural ideological work has remained the original content, such as world outlook, outlook on life, outlook on values, etc, which is the basic content of ideological and political work ,and patriotism, collectivism and socialism, which is the theme of ideological and political work. The new content is close to the reality of countryside, agriculture and peasants. The content also included the education of professional ethics, ecological morality, advanced idea of rural social security, and so on .The new content advances with the times and includes modern spirits. The methods of rural ideological and political work emphasize to apply the entire carrier, and strive for the nimbleness and variety The new methods fit the reality of the rural area, and welcomed by people. All of these can promote the construction of socialist countryside.
