This article point out directly and clearly: In the filed of Economicadaptive house, the system of land-granted by the government must beabolished. Meanwhile, the system of land use with consideration shouldbe established. This article included three parts: part one, whichanswered the question of what the system of land use of Economicadaptive house is, has mainly introduced the general situation of thesystem of land use of Economic adaptive house. Part two has mainlyintroduced the problems of the system of land use of Economic adaptivehouse. And experts in land suggest how to solve the problems,answering why the system of land use of Economic adaptive houseshould be constructed. Part three mainly puts forward my idea aboutconstructing the system of land use of Economic adaptive house.The first part consists two sections, the former one of which mainlyexplains: what the use right of state land of our country is; and itscharacteristics: it is right in rem; trend of the land use: focus on theusing of the land other than right to ownership of land. The latter sectionrefers to the system of land use of Economic adaptive house:land-granted by the government. It is volunteer and unlimited duration.And character of house coverage and character of temporary are itscharacteristics.The content of the second part is composed of two sections. In this system, the price of land use inthe filed of the Economic adaptive house is lower than that of thecommercial residential house. Specially, the price must conform tocoverage of Economic adaptive house. In order to put this idea intopractice, the principle of land use with consideration and socialefficiency must be abided by. And in consideration of this idea, somereforms of the system of land registration is necessary, includingcharacter of land registration, validity of registration, and certificate ofregistry. In my opinion, this idea is in accordance with basic theory ofjus rerum: it is in line with absolute right in rem and it can be favorableto the development of Economic adaptive house.
