The development of Internet represents one of the most notable changes and trends in the post-cold war international society. The World Wide Web connected every corner of our world; it affected the political, economic, military, cultural and societal aspects of human life, particularly the national security.This article introduce the concept of the information security and the changes of the traditional sovereign security; the development of internet cast great impacts on the existing global security and presents new challenges to our national security. This article emphasizes on how to recognize the changing concept of security and how to solve the upcoming security problems in the cyberspace.
