China and ASEAN relation can get a farsighted and healthy development only then making a clean sweep of obstacle and solving problems carefully. Chinese ASEAN relation has an important meaning for Chinese development and the periphery and the whole diplomacy. Because the both parties are in a common international and regional environment, with a solid cooperation foundation, potential of development and highly consistent development target, it is an inevitable choice which matches respective circumstance, age's characteristic and international-region situation for China and ASEAN to hold hands in the important developing period of respective side.
