The socialist market economy system is the new thing which grows under a brand-new system idea, and various countries' economic development pattern cannot conform to our country's need completely, and successful experiences of developed countries can only be consulted, and simultaneously the similar setbacks and the malpractices in the capitalism developing process should be avoided. The governmental function of macroeconomic regulation and control is the comprehensive method to safeguard liberal development of economy and the overall balance, and excessive governmental intervention inevitably injures the intrinsic power of liberal development of the economy.
