This article indicates the difference of community correction between adult and juvenile and the necessity and the social implications to set up the community correction system and organization for juvenile by analyzing current situation and existing issues of community correction for juvenile in China by the origin of community correction system and the promotion in our country.The public security organs is proposed to set up a team specially responsible for juvenile cases and community correction after exploring and understanding the advantage and importance of the public security organs in participating the community correction for juvenile. It is good for us to set up a community correction department, organization and system special for juvenile, which meets the situation and feature of our country, by leveraging the social resource and the specialty of management team owned by the public security organs.The article included four segments.
