Especially I emphasize the using rights of the roof platform, building ground and the belonging of greenland outside the window, garage, parking places and public facilities, only after clearing the common parts, then we can provide clear base and solve the issue of the building title differentiation.In the fourth part, the article talks about the rights, the responsibilities and legal responsibilities of the building title differentiation.In the fifth part, the article talks about the law system of the building title differentiation. It is mainly connected with the sixth chapter of Proprietary Rights Law. It emphasizes its missions and gives some pieces of advice.
