Party building in urban communities in China is an important part of Grass-roots Party building work in cities with Chinese characteristics,and is the great project of Party building clearly reflected at the grass-roots level.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly points out that the construction of Party organizations in urban and rural communities should be the battle bastion for carrying out the decisions of the Communist Party,leading grass-roots governance and promoting reform and development.This directive demand provides a clear direction for Party building in urban communities in the new era.Strengthening and improving the work of Party building in urban communities is conducive to the in-depth practice of Xi Jinping's thought on Party methods mainly adopt dialectical analysis,historical analysis,systematic analysis and case analysis,some innovations were made from the two dimensions of topic selection and viewpoint.The second
