The article chooses the methods of quality assessment in public servant employ examination of central government aimed at this year's graduates and people on-the-job as the research object. And it suggests the pressing mission of making public servant employment task in China perfect should be designing and applying scientific & effective methods of classified quality assessment of the public servant.The research of the article tries to resolve the problems of the existing methods of quality assessment on public servant employment, with the fact of public servant employ examination and quality assessment as foundation. According as the position classification system of Chinese public servant, the thesis uses the interrelated theory and practice about personnel quality assessment and employment internal and international for reference. Start with the quality structure classification of three sorts of position public servant employment, the article puts forward tentative methods of classified quality assessment on public servant employment innovatively. All of this wants to make the task of public servant employment more standardized, scientifized and systematized, thus improves quality beginning point of public servant, and then improves suited extent between quality characteristic of public servant and demand of competence, and finally improves ability and level of government public management and public service.
