Thinking Of The Scientific View Of Achievements

Over the thirty years of the reform and opening-up, the position of CPC has changed most. Facing the increasingly complicated social trends, national conditions, and the Party's present status, the questions of the leading cadres'political achievement view comes to emerge and has been emphasized more and more by many citizens. In accordance with the requirement of the scientific outlook on development, we must establish the scientific political achievement view, to meet the needs of new situation and task, and also the needs of strengthening the Party's governance capability construction in the new period.On the basic of describing the meaning of the scientific political achievement view, the article deeply discusses and analyzes the problem of the assess system of political achievement and the scientific political achievement view at present, and set some advices on how to fulfill the scientific political achievement view.
