In the early sixties of 20 century, aiming at imperialistic nations'posing hope of peaceful evolution on the third and fourth generations, Mao Zedong drew lessons of international communistic movement esp. that of the Communist Party of Soviet Union and suggested the strategic thought of raising millions of successors for proletarian revolutionary career to ensure the stability of the country and the Chinese Communist Party. It is practically meaningful to study the strategic thought for raising the socialistic career successors, improving the party in power and preventing peaceful evolution.There are three parts to expatiate Mao's thought on educating proletarian revolutionary career successors.The first part addresses the progress and background.The second part talks about the main contents of the thought, which include the meaning, aim and strategic significance of raising successors, the conditions of the successors and way of educating.The third part analyzes and comments on the historical status, two trends and practical significance of raising the successors.
