Construction Of The Idea And The System Of Consumer Protection Laws

It is well known that everyone must be a consumer at first to exist in any society, especially in a commodity society, which is characterized by the division of labor. In such a society, it is through exchange that daily necessities are acquired. In knowledgeable economic society, consumers are inevitably in an inferior condition. For this reason, the legal science about consumer rights and interests protection, as an emerging subject, is becoming more and more prominent.This article redescribes and reconstructs the legal system of consumer rights and interests protection with many study methods. There is a definite purpose that makes a detailed and exhaustive study about the consumer rights and interests protection law as an enormous and complex system. The author tries to set up an integrated legal system of consumer rights and interests protection.There are five parts together in this article. Chapter I: This chapter discusses several important concepts and theories about consumer rights and interests protection law. Chapter II: The idea of law for the protection of consumers' rights and interests , including Safety, Order ,Fair and Farewell. Chapter III: The author reviews the history of consumer rights and interests protection law. Then, the author makes study on the legislation more on consumer rights and interests protection law of USA and some other countries. Chapter IV: Analyses the reality of China's legal protection for consumers rights and interests both in theory and in practice. Use the method of economics. Chapter V: Reconstructs the legal system of consumer rights and interests protection,including Contract Law for Consumer Rights and Interests Protection, Administration Organization Law for Consumer Rights and Interests Protection and Procedure Law for Consumer Rights and Interests Protection.
