On The Occurrence Of Public Policy

The public policy, working as means of realization of modern government functions, gradually become more and more important, especially when China government is on the sticking point, the public policy tendency will be fateful. The main body of this thesis reveals the latent rule of how the public policy by the internal and presentation analysis of it. The public policy happens not only static process but also a evolvement. On all above concerned, this thesis analyzed the internal and outside causation and their relations, and then created a model for the generation of the public policy. Finally, Basing on this theory model, the thesis analyzed the public policy of China government of reformation times, and discuss the public policy tendency in the future.
