Educational Function Study Of The Ideological And Political Education Environment

A certain environment is the prerequisite for the survival and development of people, and the ideological and moral formats and develops in a certain environment; especially the social environment has a decisive impact on people's ideological character. Good ideological and political education environment plays a positive role on the formation and development of the individual's ideological and moral quality; conversely, poor ideological and political education environment may reverse the formation of a individual's good ideological and moral qualities from the opposite way. We have studied the environment of ideological and political education on the purpose and significance of the effective play to the ideological and political education to promote a positive environment and inhibit its function to the negative factor hindering the ideological and political education so as to enhance the effectiveness of the work, and promote the formation and development of people's ideological and moral qualities.This paper will focus on analyzing the influence that the environment makes on the formation and development of people's ideological and moral qualities. Ideological and moral environment can offer material security, information supply and spiritual motivation for the formation and development of people's ideological and moral qualities. After defining the concept of ideological and political education environment and characteristics of the structure, based on Marxist ideological and political education of the environment and the mature Western environment theory, I proved the"environment cultivation"theory. To facilitate the study, the ideological and political education environment is divided into three levels in this paper, and discussed the problem that affects the formation and development of people's ideological and moral qualities existing in these three aspects. From the angles of historical ,reality, subjective and objective, I analyzed the reasons why the function of environment cultivation is lost, including economic and political causes of the international and domestic situation; subjective understanding of the main aspects of the environment; objective self-purification functional aspects of the environment and the limited nature of the negative factors. Finally, in the light of reason, I discussed the realization of path of the cultivation function of ideological and political education environment from three aspects: first, the optimization of ideological and political education environment, advocating the optimization from the overall angle of the concept of time and space, and proposed specific measures about how to optimize the ideological and political education environment. Second, the development of education environment, under the premise of full attention to the educational value of the environment, mining environmental education resources and the construction of Hidden Curriculum. Third, the establishment of ideological and political education environment, establishing collective learning environment of equal dialogue, and the interaction between the environment and situational awareness of humanistic concern with the human probation situation, and the effectiveness of these situations need the recipients'initiative acceptance. This paper discusses fully playing the recipients'subject consciousness in the face of the environmental.
