The WTO Environment Of Ideological And Political Education In The New Coordinates

The article cites the coordinate of the nature science into the social ideological field, and defines that it is social science conception of describing social status and action tendency of the ideological and political education. The system of coordinate is formed by the value orientation (coordinate origin), the content coordinate (horizontal coordinate), the method coordinate (longitudinal coordinate),the principle coordinate (space coordinate). It is the conception in the ideological and political education category that has size (function size and connotation boundary) and direction (value orientation and development tendency).After China took part in WTO, the social coordinate of ideological and political education should changes correspondingly. If only the ideological and political education's new coordinate is properly established, the practical problems under WTO that how to orientate and develop the ideological and political education would be solved, and the ideological and political education 's ability of reaction, the initiative and the life vigor would be enhanced.So the article especially explores the ideological and political education's new coordinate structure and the connotation of the origin coordinate and the other axises under the WTO environment:The origin coordinate is the value orientation of the ideological and political education. The important thinking - "Three Represents" make basic value orientation for the ideological and political education, which are the function, the principle, the aim. So we establish it coordinate origin - the starting point and the final goal of the ideological and political education.The horizontal coordinate -axis X (content coordinate) is the sum of "content points". The "content points" have explicit development orientation, which is decided by the ideological and political education's value orientation. Every content point has its own importance (the difference of the content power level).The longitudinal coordinate -axis Y (method coordinate axis) is the sum of "method points". Every axis point of the whole axis represents the different method of the ideological and political education, and the value orientation and strength will change with the need of social environment.On the space coordinate -axis Z (principle coordinate axis) , there are many power points that reflect the value orientation and the situation points that guide and promote the education's content and method. Every principle point has its own social situation, which will change with the social environment.On the structure of the new coordinate system, the article thinks that the content coordinate and method coordinate are the basic coordinates,which are the orientation axis that decide the basic work of the ideological and political education on the whole society. The principle coordinate is the decisive axis, which decides the strategy rank order and the situation of the ideological and political education. It is in the relatively important place to the axis X and Y, which conditions the content and method's choice. In the whole coordinate system, the value orientation is the nucleus, which is the basic actor that decides the direction and strength of every axis.
