Dong Biwu Law Education Thought

Dong Biwu is one of the Chinese Communist Party founders. He is an outstanding Marxian and the leader of People's Republic of China. After the establishment of the People's Republic of China, new law education has been started. Nowadays, for developing contemporary Chinese law education, we should analyze Dong Biwu's forward-looking thought of law education to improve today's Chinese law education.There are three parts in the thesis:In part one, it describes Dong Biwu's law education thought. After the establishment of the People's Republic of China, it had been abolished all the Kuomintang's laws. When Dong Biwu was the Supreme People's Court chief, he advanced a series of establishment for new law education. Including: Combination of political and ideological education of law; Reference, study and education experience from the Soviet Union; All law-abiding ideological education.In part two, it describes Dong Biwu's law educational forms. Including: first, various politics and law schools had been established; second, high education of law had been established; third, he encouraged the law research; forth, Various forms of popularizing law education was established .In part three, it discusses inspirations to today's law education.
