Research On Law Vocational Ethics Education In China Law School

Mr.Sun Xiaolou,a famous jurist in the period of the Republic of China,pointed out that legal talents should possess legal knowledge,legal ethics,and common knowledge.Legal ethics is what we now call the legal profession ethics.I think the legal education should also be carried out around these aspects.Although the legal education carried out by our law school has made great progress in recent years,there is still a weak link in legal vocational education,and legal professional ethics education is even more marginal.The goal of legal education is to cultivate qualified legal talents for the society.Therefore,legal professional ethics education has to attract enough attention.This article aims to study the training of law professional ethics in law schools.The current legal practice reflects the lack of legal professional ethics of some legal persons,which has had a bad influence in society.Law students are the main force of the legal profession.Their professional ethic influences the quality of the entire legal professional community.It is found that the deficiencies in the cultivation of professional ethics of law students are perfected,and it is important to shape the high-level professional qualifications of legal practitioners in the future significance.This article analyzes and discusses what the legal professional ethics is and its importance,and then focuses on the legal professional ethics education in our law school.which points out the problems existing in the legal professional ethics education in Chinese law school and analyzes the causes of these problems.In the face of these problems and causes,through the study of legal education outside the country(Japan Law Education System,American Law School)on ethics education of legal profession,the author puts forward the countermeasures for improving the legal ethics of law students,based on the learning from their good experience and the national conditions in our country.
