On The Culture Of Legal Education In Legal Ethics

A socialist country under the rule of law must have not only a perfect legal system,but also a legal professional community. But now our country has not formed relatively independent classes of judicial professionals. Nowadays there are many internal and external factors influencing to establish of legal professional community,the most important one is the legal ethic. Lacking the professional ethic can engender the serious corruption in judicature; also it can influence the reputation of legal profession directly and threaten the justice of judicature, so the enforcement of the strategy on managing state affairs according to way.University law schools as a main legal talent's raising base, its educational function plays an important role in training legal qualified personnel, constructing the legal professional community and even in realizing the rule of law. How to educate qualified graduates of the law, who are justice and skill, and they achieve a balance between the moral and operational capacity? This has become an urgent problem in Legal education that need to be studied and solved.The legal profession plays a role as a down-lead in the full thesis. We analyze the necessity of legal ethics education and the reasons of its weakened based on the current situation, especially the specialty of it, in order to find some useful principles for legal ethics and methods to achieve it.The thesis consists of five parts. First, the writer analyses the necessity of legal professional ethic education in our country based on the relationship between law and morality, the mission of the education of legal ethics, the relationship between legal ethics and legal profession. Second, we introduce the current situation of the education of legal ethics comprehensively and analyze it profoundly. Third, the essences and characteristics of the legal ethics and legal ethics education are exploited and interpreted. Forth, some principles and ideas in legal ethics education that must be complied with are put forward, and which is based on, some approaches for realizing target are given then. Finally, the writer summarized the whole contents, and reiterate the importance and the urgency of the legal professional ethic education, and hope that the rules of legal professional ethics education would be further study and the personnel with both technical and professional ethics will be brought up extensively and substantively.
