Behind the boom, still there is a crisis of rapid growth, legal education and legal profession disconnect is obviously law school education faces a dilemma at the heart of the problem.The formation of legal professional community is a process of historical evolution, is one of the important symbol of the nation’s law construction. Under market economy system of legal profession specialization requires countries to build a good judicial order, as the subject of legal professional community judges, prosecutors and lawyers can do their job, make the country’s legal system to achieve a state of balance.
