With the developing of reform of the Social system and Economic system , the problem of stateowned property's running off is a hot social problem in recent years , many law scholars pay much attention to this problem, but most scholars inclines to do lawmaking counterplan research which protect stateowned property, they do not pay enough attention to the judicatory protecting of stateowned property's running off. This article will use useful and important materials on public interest action to discuss the judicatory protecting of stateowned property's running off further ,and then make a first step to study the protecting stateowned property through public interest action of Feasibility and value.First, by analyzing a clear understanding of our country to the seriousness of the loss of state assets, reasons(Main legal mechanism is imperfect), as well as the traditional theory of the loss of state assets defect cases, China's lack of new litigation system to curb the loss of state-owned assets. Secondly, the public interest litigation system on the basic theory, changes in the development abroad, as well as the status of public interest litigation system. Again, through public interest litigation system of state-owned assets of the economic, social and practical value of the analysis to determine our public interest litigation system should be used to curb the loss of state-owned assets. Finally, the state-owned assets in China to establish the reality of public interest litigation system, the legal basis for the theory and discusses clearly establish state-owned assets in China's public interest litigation system and the feasibility of state-owned assets by public interest litigation system construction, to curb the loss of state assets, protect the community the public interest...
