Realization of validity of judicial decision is a basic issue of Jurisprudence. The shows of invalidity of judicial decision are inspected and the causes are found in order to set up a mechanism on realization of validity of judicial decision by using theories of Jurisprudence ,Sociology of Law and statistical figures.
