Study On The Feasibility And Validity Analysis Of E-government Optimizing Administrative Decision-making Process

Administrative decision-making is the core of the government administrative activities,the basis of the government playing various administrative functions.The quality of administrative decision is directly related to the effect of achieving the government administrative management goals.Administrative decision-making process is a series sequence of the government formulating administrative decisions activities.The scientific and democratization degree of administrative decision-making process derectly influence the quality of administrative decision. However, in our traditional administrative decision-making process, due to the highly centralized power, decision-making information distortion,the backward decision-making techniques and methods,the limited rationality of decision-makers and the other reasons, the decision-makers usually make decisions subjectively and casually,thus caused hasty decision, repetitive decisions, wrong decision, and even illegal decisions. For that reason,how to improve the limited rationality of decision-makers to promote the development of government administrative decision-making process toward the scientific and democratic direction has become a key problem which need to be solved urgently in the process of our country administrative decision system construction at present.This paper attempts to use the technology of E-government affairs to remedy the institutional defects of administrative decision.Therefore,this article tries to analyze the administrative decision-making progress from the view of E-government affairs research field,with the scientific and democratic objectives,re-examine the role of E-government affairs in the various phases of administrative decision-making process,tap the function of the related E-government system supporting platform,in order to provide the technical path for studying on the feasibility and validity analysis of E-government pptimizing administrative decision-making process.In generally, this paper has five parts.â… Introduction.
