Without doubts, the US-Russia strategic relation is one of the most important bilateral strategic ones in the international politics at present. Its instability increasingly shows the importance of the bilateral relations and its impacts on the surrounding nations and big powers, particularly on China.Both differences and cooperations ,covering geopolitics, international issues, energies, strategic weapons, democratic systems planning and functioning, exist in the two nations, which not only hold the historical heritages but also strategic ideas of international politics functioning and countries-running strategies of leaders.The two nations try their bests to protect their own favorable international structures and even dream of gaining more benefits by their biggest powers and hegemony. Russia has experiences ups and downs especially when Putin became the president, who will take on the premier immediately. Seen from the directions of Russian strategy, Russia begins to strengthen its powers and form relative strong diplomatic strategy by its abundant natural resources in oil. Thus it shows the normal national relations.The evolvements of the US-Russia strategic relations have obvious impacts on China. Because America, the biggest strategic agent, is the most possible to threaten China and Russia is the biggest strategic partner closest to China, China have more choices to choose strategic space. China should make full plans and flexible use to increase its own benefits.
