Study The Problem Of Illegal Immigrants In China

Illegal immigrants, as an international phenomenon of population movement, have been becoming a global problem, bringing a great number of negative impacts to countries around the world, which is considered as a centuries-old difficult problem to the whole world as well as to China currently. Therefore, the further study of this point seems to be of great realistic significance and as well have very important theoretic value. The author, based on the studies by predecessors, gives the introduction of illegal immigrant legislation in different countries and areas. Besides, the author conducts, by means of relevant data and materials, the study on the current circumstances of illegal immigrants in China, especially the causes, characteristics, the hazards and so on, in order to find out the preventative and combating measures. Finally according to the measures, the author makes some propositions, that is, the preventative and combating activities are the developed countries and areas' responsibilities and obligations; Moreover, our country needs to enhance the anti-smuggling propagandas, legal constructions, international cooperation of labors as well as cultural and ethical progress.
