Characteristics Of The Deaf Juvenile Delinquency, Causes And Countermeasures

Nowadays, crime from deaf teenagers has become a very tough problem in our society. Combining to experience of deaf education and sign language translation practices in juridical department, the author investigated the illegal and criminal situation of deaf teenagers in the past five years, and also made some cases studies to deaf teenagers in the city. On the basis of these facts, this article offers some general and regular problems by analyzing the criminal characteristics of deaf teenagers, and put forward the corresponding strategies that are hoped to become foundation for family, society, school and juridical department to prevent and govern crime of deaf teenager.
