Since Yangpu District established "knowledge innovation zone" for development, it has been increased development on construction and investment of business building projects. It gradually straightens out the relevant mechanism to promote the development of regional economic and social development. But there are still some problems unsolved such as not perfect management mechanism, the project is not high degree of concentration and the advantage of resources not yet fully development.From the characteristics of the business building projects and the relationships with regional economic development, the paper analyze the status quo of business buildings and the problems in the management system of Yangpu District.
