With the constant promotion of the economy of our country , reform in banking The customer management system is an important principle for commerical bank,which evolves from the west developed country such as U.S. A. This management mode rose in the western commerical bank at first in the eighties of the 20th century. The domestic commercial bank began to introduce this mode in latte of the 1990s.system , and will open business of RMB in an all-round way to the foreign-funded commercial bank soon in 2006, we can predict that the competitions of the Chinese and foreign banks will be higher. Changing the management mode of the bank has already become the urgent need at present. The domestic commercial banks must improve services , make great efforts to strive for more high-quality customers, They could establish in an unassailable position in the competition in the future . So, we should base on the commercial bank of our country needs, on the basis of investigating the development of customer management in commercial banks of foreign country , according to the management theory, propose perfect way and method that customer management implement in our country. In line with this aim and purpose, this text has described from the following aspects describing the implementation of customer management of commercial bank in our country. First part ,Tell us the main meaning of customer management, including its production ,developing background and principle. Because customer management begin from the foreign commercial banks at first, so there are reference meanings to make to on-going customer management in our country from the development experience of them. Second part ,Introduce successful courses and experiences of customer management in the foreign commercial banks. There have been 20 years in the commercial banks of the western developed country using the customer management. through the perfection and development of so much years , They have already accumulated much experience in organizing system and personal management, pursuing its development course will give us much enlightenment, the helpful experience among them is worth to study for us. So, they can provide much great help for the reform of commercial bank of our country. The third part ,Talk about the background about this management in the commercial bank of our country. Entering new century, join WTO, the commercial bank of our country faces more severe competition and challenge, it is the competitions between commercial bank and non-commercial bank, the competitions of the domestic commercial bank and foreign-funded commercial bank . The situation requires the commercial bank of our country to regulate the management. Customer manager is introduced into domestic commercial banks. It will promote the reform and development of the domestic commercial banks. The fourth part , The way and measure in the commercial banks of our country. Useing the experience of the foreign commercial bank and the actual conditions of the domestic commercial banks, taking the positive measure to advance the construction of customer management in commercial banks of our country made is urgent. such as using new ideas, advocate the new-type corporate culture of commercial bank; Structure of organization and system framework. The fifth part , A real case study of customer management. From the history and business development of this branch bank ,Carrying on the investigation in managing situation and existing problem ,combining with the theory of customer management, we put forward the improvement suggestion about customer management of this bank . Mainly through strengthen customer quality , setting up suitable segments and improvement of management system as soon as possible, the management of this branch bank can be much better.
