Non-profit Organizations In Building A Harmonious Society

With the development of globalization and our open policy, NPO is coming into our view. NPO is an organization and political power which supply blanks of government and market as the western countries show. Government should change functions, return power to society and create more favorable environment for NPO in finance, human resource and material.Now our government pays more attention to NPO. In 17^th Communist Party Congress, our party emphasizes that government should support organization to take part in the society management and public service according to law and constitution. Furthermore, our party encourages organization to reflect people 's demands and raise autonomy. Though Chinese NPO keeps up with the development of the world, it should be under control of Chinese culture and system. NPO is paying a more important political role in the history platform.I think our organization is a special NPO with Marxism' s guidance. This essay tries to analyze federation of the returned Chinese with many methods of history. empiricism, examples, etc. We find that Oversea Chinese promote dialogue, cooperation and intercommunication with different civilization. In this way, we show that NPO is favorable for China' s progress, government' s efficiency and society' s harmony.First of all, I explain NPO and its classification. Then, I illustrate virtues of returned overseas Chinese, history and structure of our organization to show our devotion to socialism harmony, ministrant government and modernization. I also mention our Youth Committee and Huaqiao Foundation as two typical NPO. Thereby. I reveal obstacles of NPO' s development as lacks of management and rules. At last, I try to offer operable means as to build good circumstance and integrated laws, and show the signification of NPO to harmonious society.I do my best to apply inter-academic research as sociology and administration to look for the answers to my bewilderment at work with MPA study in Fudan University. As a matter of fact, I wish to learn more, deepen understanding of mission, attract more attention to NPO, and at last let us walk together to a harmonious world.
