The Tentative Probe Of Chinese Civil Society Organization On The Harmonious Society

The construction of Socialist harmonious society is a complicated systematic project, and it is an arduous task and the road is long. The improvement of civil society organizations are the core of the construction of Socialist harmonious society and the foundations of a harmonious and soldiery society. On the sixteen meeting of central committee, the Chinese Communist Party announced that the construction of Socialist harmonious society implied that we should perfect the social organizations, strengthen the social services and improve the functions of social organizations such as: providing services, taking claims and regulating the behaviors. In present time, if the civil society organizations just like a potential tide, with the advocacy of scientific development ideas and raising of harmonious society strategy, civil society organizations will be on the stage, and become a new power to promote the construction of regional harmonious society on every level. Furthermore, they also will improve the transfer of social structure on the more deep levels.In this article, the author attempt to understand harmonious society and civil society organizations development. The author try to review the history and analysis of the problems emerged in their development from the perspective of the relations among the civil society organizations, government and market and their positions, namely three divide methods. On the other hand, the author reveals that civil society organizations are making great contributions to develop the harmonious society in many aspects of politics, economy and education.
