A Study On The Legal Problems Of Our Country's Nationality System

With the development of globalization,international exchanges and international cooperation have increased the pressure of nationality management,and the frequent occurrence of national conflicts has also made the dual nationality phenomenon become a hot topic in society.Our nationality system has been quite influential in dealing with such complicated nationality relations.And overseas Chinese for China to recognize the dual nationality of the voice makes the amendment of the nationality law is imminent.This paper will analyze the nationality system of our country through historical research and comparative research.First of all,by analyzing the concept of nationality and the development of nationality law,the development trend of world nationality law is clarified,and the institutional direction of our country is summarized by the way of dealing with the conflict of nationality.Secondly,through the longitudinal comparison,the history of our country's nationality system is compared with the background of the times.It is clear that the nationality law should be coordinated with the continuous development of the social productive forces,and the judicial practice of our country's current nationality law Loopholes and limitations of the analysis.Finally,according to the present situation of social development in China,the author puts forward some suggestions on how to adopt the method of double recognition of nationality and the modification of nationality law in China.
